ABOUT MARK ROBINETTE

Professional And Experienced Mineral Rights, Estate, Environmental, Oil and Gas, Property, and Utility Attorney

J. Mark Robinette

Mark Robinette has spent his career working on all sides of the energy, land, and environmental issues that most people only encounter once—and usually unexpectedly. He began representing oil and gas companies and later served as an attorney for the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment, where he handled pollution matters, leaking underground storage tanks, landfills, air permitting, and the regulation of oil, gas, and brine operations. He has also worked in-house for a major land acquisition company involved in pipelines, transportation corridors, and energy development, and represented consumer and advocacy groups before the Arkansas Public Service Commission pushing back against unfair utility rate increases and overbuilt infrastructure. Today, that breadth of experience allows Mark to help landowners, families, and mineral owners understand what’s really happening behind the scenes, spot problems early, and make confident decisions when powerful companies or government agencies are involved. Clients value not just his knowledge, but his ability to explain complex issues clearly and focus on practical, fair outcomes.
